Lilly & Leah: Seeing Double

Six months ago Lilly and Leah were welcomed into the world. Their parents just happen to be friends with my sister. My sister just happened to have twins around the exact same time. They shared the same gym. Think there was something in the water?

I met up with Lilly, Leah and their parents last Friday. I have to say they are pretty happy babies. Only one fussy moment and that was after spending 45 minutes with me. Really, 45 minutes with me makes a lot of people fussy.

Hope you think they are as cute as I do. I’m pretty sure this won’t be the last time you see them here at LoC!

Andrea: Seamless Session

This is Andrea. I blame her for LoC.

You see, several years ago we met in a through a little photo group on Flickr. We were all super awesome at shooting pictures of flowers and rocks, calling them art, and getting together to look at them at a little bar down in Tremont once a month. Slowly, though, our interests started to change. We started doing some portrait work here and there. The thoughts of making photography a career began to incubate. One day, I got a call from Andrea. Help me (Obi Wan Kenobi) shoot a wedding. It was all downhill from there!

Now she runs the very successful Photographs by Andrea out of South Carolina. And well, my little venture into portraits and weddings has turned in LoC. We still shoot side by side for a few more dates in Ohio, but last week she needed some new work for her website. So after spending Friday and Saturday shooting two fabulous weddings together I invited her over to the garage studio for a session on seamless.

Little did I know she would show up dressed as Han Solo….

I get this look a lot when we work together. Some people just don’t appreciate creative genius.

And then there was some goofing around at the end of the session…

Soccer season started today. Team LoC didn’t get off to bad start. The boys played tough in 0-3 loss.

And they had fun!

Sophia: 9 Months

This is the fourth time I’ve taken pictures of Sophia. Started at her six month-aversary, did couple shoots over Christmas and now she’s nine months old. Still cute as a button too.

If I learned anything from this latest visit with her, it’s that her brother, Sonny, needs a talk show.

A Cherub Name Addyson

Last time I took pictures of Addyson she was being Baptized. This time around it’s for her 3-6 month old session – sort of a tweener.

She such a happy little baby. Didn’t even mind me blinding her every other minute with the flash – just blinked and smiled. And check out those blue eyes!

Since we had the time I also got in a few shots of her big sisters!
