It was so great to see Candice and Tom again and meet the new love of their lives. Baby Rykan arrived just in time for Christmas!

Sunday, December 18th, 2011The family I spent yesterday in downtown Cleveland at Tower City. The kids like to see the decorations and walk the city streets. It’s become one of our traditions to watch the Toy Soldier show and then grab a bite to eat at some downtown restaurant. This year was fantastic. We even had the first serious snow of the Christmas season to help get us in the mood.

Monday, September 26th, 2011I normally spend one Saturday in August chasing Chris, Janice and the rest of their family around the streets of downtown while they run the Cleveland Triathlon. This year they finally decided to make it easier on me and we set up a time to get together and take some family photos that were not quite as hot and sweaty.
We met last Saturday morning down in the Eastman Reading Garden next to the Cleveland Public Library. It’s pretty neat little spot that has a variety of backdrops right there as well as a quite a few other great locations within walking distance. While little Derrick may have wanted us to chase him all over downtown, we never had to leave the garden. I was able to get a bunch of great shots and everybody had a lot of fun.
Family Portraits – Old Arcade Style
Tuesday, April 19th, 2011I had a great session down at the Old Arcade in Cleveland this past weekend. Sure getting in my have been a problem on a day when they weren’t open to the public, but once inside we had the whole place to ourselves. There were only a few hotel guests walking around.
You probably recognize these people. They’ve been on the blog more than once before. Could be my best regular customers are this point, although a few others are starting to challenge for that title! Regulars customers are an awful problem to have! 
Oh yeah! Super cute baby is cute!
I’m usually taking pictures of the girls when I get together with this family, but this time I paused long enough to get a nice shot for Mom and Dad.
A Cherub Name Addyson
Sunday, January 30th, 2011Last time I took pictures of Addyson she was being Baptized. This time around it’s for her 3-6 month old session – sort of a tweener.
She such a happy little baby. Didn’t even mind me blinding her every other minute with the flash – just blinked and smiled. And check out those blue eyes!
Since we had the time I also got in a few shots of her big sisters!
