Just a simple head shot from a first Communion session. Donovan’s a good looking kid. I couldn’t get much out of him besides that he likes playing baseball and didn’t seem to fond of being in a suit and tie. 
I’m pretty sure he’s hoping he won’t have to wear it again for a long time after his First Communion!
Wow!
That pretty much sums up the day. I had a beautiful bride. A handsome groom. It was a little cold, but the sun was shining and the sky was crystal blue – matched the groom’s eyes (according to my wife ).
More shots to come later this week, but wanted a get up a few of my favorites from the day tonight.
Drove down the CWRU this morning to do a little locations scouting for an upcoming wedding. The couple is getting married at Harkness Chapel, and while I’ve walked that area few times, I’ve never really considered photographing a wedding in it.
I’m pretty sure the snow will be gone by then, right? Hopefully, we get a great blue sky day and temperatures in the 50s!
Anyhow, could resist snapping off a few frames of the Peter B Lewis building since I parked right in front of it.
Every August I get up early and head downtown to my little part in helping out United Cerebral Palsy – Cleveland by taking pictures they can use to promote their involvement with the Cleveland Triathlon.
Watching these families and their children, the support they get from loved ones and friends, is really inspiring. This is the promo slide show for this years race. Take a few seconds to watch it.
The first 30 seconds are so is all my work and then there are several other shots through the rest of the slides.
I’ve got some other work with UCP that’s going to drop soon as well. I’ll be sure to share it as soon as it’s available!
